How does the 10% platform fee work?
It's simple. When you recharge your orchestration balance (e.g., adding $1,000 for token consumption), a 10% fee ($100) is applied to cover our infrastructure, policy engine, and global routing. There are no other hidden costs.
Are there monthly minimums?
None at all. Velryx is designed to scale with you. If you don't use the platform for a month, you pay $0. Your balance never expires.
Can I switch providers at any time?
Yes. Our platform fee covers access to our entire resilient network. You can swap between OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and local models with a single configuration change.
